Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items back into their original Billini shoebox and secure them in a protective mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any authorized post office or collection point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
